Pop Roxx Radio Talk Show Guest Requirements
Thank you for being on the Pop Roxx Radio Talk Show. Of course like you, we want to represent you, your band or client in the best possible way while maintaining Brand Consistency. That being said, here is what we need from you.

1. Band Logo: If you or your band has a logo we would like to use that on our webflyers, that we use to market the episode where you will be a guest. This maintains Brand Consistency. Please include that when you send your email over.
2. Music Genre: This is very important in the marketing phase leading up the guest episode and also in categorizing on itunes etc the episode once it's converted to a Podcast after the Live show. So please let us know the genre you would like listed for you or your band or client.
3. Webflyer Pic(s): Please include (or let us know where on your website) a main pic for the webflyer and you can have up to 3 for the Episode's show page flashplayer. These press photos will scroll through among the advertiser photos throughout the episode. They will also include your website.
4. Photo Credits: If needed please include name of of photo credit so we can include that as well.
5. Bio: As we have limited space on both the WebFlyer and the Episode Show Page, please include a Paragraph (100 words or less) Mini-Bio about you, your band, or client. Also include in that anything that you are promoting on the show, ie. a new album, tour, or event.
6. PR Company Logo: If you are with a Publicity Company/Firm and would like that logo included on the webflyer, please include that.
7.) Website: We want as many Listeners as we can to migrate to your website. Please include where you would like those Listeners to go.
Please submit 1 to 4 Original Tracks (non covers due to Licensing) Any Format to [email protected] DropBox is fine.
NOTE: Tracks Cannot be downloaded by Listeners. They'll have to go to itunes (or where you have them) to get them. They can download the full episode as an mp3, but not just the tracks.
